Questions

What is Saju?+

Saju (사주, 'four pillars') is the Korean art of reading a person's destiny from the year, month, day, and hour of birth. Each pillar is a pair of cosmic energies; together they form an eight-character map of who you are.

Is it the same as Chinese BaZi?+

They share the same ancient calendar system, but Korean saju developed its own interpretive tradition and vocabulary. Master Gat reads in the Korean style.

What if I don't know my birth time?+

You still get a strong reading from three pillars. The Hour pillar adds detail about later life and children, so add it if you can find it.

Is this accurate?+

The chart itself is calculated precisely from astronomical solar terms. The interpretation describes tendencies and timing, not fixed fate. Use it as a mirror, not a rulebook.
