Privacy Policy

1. The short version
We do not keep your name or birth details. Your chart is computed on demand and returned to your browser; nothing is written to a database of ours. We use no cookies, no advertising trackers, and we never sell or share personal information for advertising.
2. Who is responsible

3. What we process, why, and for how long
- Name, date of birth, birth time, gender, and (optional) country you grew up in. Purpose: calculate your Four Pillars chart, write your name in Hangul with its traditional sound-element reading, and, if purchased, write your reading. Legal basis: performance of a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); PIPA Art. 15(1)(4)). Retention: not stored by us; discarded once the response is sent.
- Session storage in your browser. Your birth details are kept in your own browser so the premium page can find them after payment. Deleted when you close the tab. We cannot read it.
- Payment. Handled by Stripe. We never see your card number. Stripe receives a one-way hash of your chart, not your birth date.
- Reviews. If you post one, we publish and store the first name you give, your Day Master, rating, text, and time. Retention: until you ask for removal.
- Technical logs. Our host keeps standard request logs (IP address, URL, timestamp) briefly for security. The URL of your chart page contains the birth details you typed, so share that link only if you are comfortable with that.
- Support email. If you write to us, we keep the correspondence for up to 1 year to handle your request.
4. Processors and international transfers (처리위탁 및 국외이전)
The following companies process data on our behalf. All are in the United States. Transfers are necessary to perform the service you request and are covered by each provider's standard contractual terms.

Transfer method: encrypted network transmission (TLS) at the time of your request. We do not transfer data to any other third party, and we never sell it.
5. Cookies, advertising, and your choices
We set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and, where required, we will ask for consent.
6. Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data we hold, to withdraw consent, and to receive a copy of it. Because we keep no record of your chart inputs, the only data we can usually act on is a review or a support email. Write to ineedu86@naver.com; we respond within 30 days (10 days for requests under Korean law). You may also complain to a supervisory authority: in Korea the Personal Information Protection Commission (privacy.go.kr, 118), in the EU/UK your local data protection authority.
7. California residents (CCPA/CPRA notice)
Categories collected in the past 12 months: identifiers (first name, email if you contact us), personal characteristics (date of birth, gender), and internet activity (server logs). Sources: you, and your browser. Purpose: providing the service you request. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have no actual knowledge of selling or sharing data of minors under 16. You have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to non-discrimination. Submit requests to ineedu86@naver.com; we will verify by replying to the email you used. Authorised agents may submit requests with written permission.
8. Children
The service is not directed to children. You must be at least 14 to use it (Korean law requires guardian consent below 14; we do not collect such consent) and at least 18 to purchase. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Premium access tokens are signed and expire after 30 days. Chart hashes cannot be reversed into a birth date. Access to the review store is limited to the operator.
10. Changes
We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes will be highlighted on the site for 7 days before taking effect.
개인정보처리방침 (요약, 대한민국 개인정보보호법 기준)

- 수집 항목과 목적: 이름, 생년월일, 출생 시각, 성별, (선택) 성장 국가 → 사주 계산 및 리딩 제공. 이메일(문의 시) → 문의 응대. 후기 작성 시 이름(first name), 일간, 별점, 내용.
- 보유·이용 기간: 사주 입력값은 서버에 저장하지 않으며 응답 즉시 파기. 문의 이메일 1년. 후기는 삭제 요청 시까지. 결제 기록은 전자상거래법에 따라 Stripe가 5년 보관.
- 처리위탁 및 국외이전: Vercel(미국, 호스팅), Stripe(미국, 결제), Anthropic 또는 OpenAI(미국, AI 리딩 생성, 최대 30일 후 파기, 학습 미사용), Upstash(미국, 후기 저장). 이전 시점·방법: 서비스 이용 시 암호화(TLS) 전송. 이전은 계약 이행에 필요한 범위로 한정됩니다.
- 정보주체의 권리: 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지 요구 및 동의 철회는 ineedu86@naver.com로 요청하실 수 있으며 10일 이내 처리합니다. 개인정보침해신고센터(privacy.go.kr, 국번 없이 118)에 신고하실 수 있습니다.
- 파기: 목적 달성 즉시 전자적 파일은 복구 불가능한 방법으로 삭제합니다.
- 안전성 확보 조치: 전 구간 HTTPS 암호화, 접근 권한 최소화, 결제 정보 미보관, 생년월일 해시 처리.
- 만 14세 미만: 이용할 수 없으며, 수집 사실을 알게 되면 즉시 삭제합니다.
- 쿠키·맞춤형 광고: 사용하지 않습니다.
