1. Who we are

2. What Master Gat is, and is not

Master Gat provides readings based on Korean saju (Four Pillars), a traditional interpretive practice. Readings are offered for reflection, cultural interest, and entertainment only. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or investment advice, do not predict future events, and must not be relied on for any decision. Always consult a qualified professional. Interpretations are generated in part by artificial intelligence and may contain errors.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 14 years old to use the service and at least 18 to purchase. By purchasing you confirm you are 18 or older.

4. Free and premium readings

The free chart is provided as-is. The premium reading is a one-time purchase of digital content generated for the birth details you enter. Please check those details before paying; a reading generated from incorrect details is still a delivered product. Prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable taxes we are required to collect.

5. Immediate delivery and the right to withdraw

Premium readings are digital content delivered immediately after payment. Before paying you tick a box expressly requesting immediate delivery and acknowledging that this ends the statutory withdrawal period: 14 days for EU/UK consumers, and 7 days under the Korean E-Commerce Act (전자상거래법 제17조 제2항 제5호, applicable because the content was supplied at your request and its provision has begun, of which you were informed in advance).

6. Refunds and re-delivery

If a reading fails to generate, or is clearly incomplete or broken, contact us within 14 days and we will regenerate it or refund you in full within 3 business days of confirming the fault. We do not refund readings because you disagree with their content. Where a refund is due, it goes back to the original payment method.

7. Access links

Your premium reading link stays valid for 30 days. Save or print it. We keep no copy and cannot restore it after expiry.

8. Reviews and user content

You may post a review only about your own reading. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display it on the site and in our marketing, with your first name and Day Master. We do not pay for reviews and do not offer incentives for them. We display genuine reviews regardless of rating and remove only reviews that are unlawful, abusive, contain personal data of others, links, or advertising, or are not based on a real reading. You may request removal of your own review at any time at ineedu86@naver.com. To report a review that infringes your rights (including copyright, DMCA), email the same address with the review text, the reason, and your contact details.

9. Intellectual property

The Master Gat character, artwork, text, and software are our property or licensed to us. Your reading is yours to keep and share for personal, non-commercial purposes. Master Gat is an original character not affiliated with any film, studio, or franchise.

10. Accuracy and availability

Pillars are calculated from astronomical solar terms based on the local time you enter; we cannot verify your details and do not apply true-solar-time corrections. We may change or suspend the service, and we aim for, but do not guarantee, uninterrupted availability.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any decision you make in reliance on a reading. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the reading concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.

12. Disputes and governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Consumers in the United States, EU, or UK keep the protection of the mandatory laws and courts of their state or country. Korean consumers may seek mediation through the Korea Consumer Agency (1372) or the Electronic Commerce Dispute Mediation Committee. We will try to resolve any complaint within 14 days of receiving it at ineedu86@naver.com.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. Material changes are announced on the site at least 7 days in advance (30 days if unfavourable to you, per Korean law).
